Super Compassionate is a performance-art meditation in which three entirely naked Trumps stumble through sacred and profane gags. A recurring assassination bit finds the Donalds unable to decide who is the assassin, who is the target, and who is the witness. The work is inspired by the Buddhist sutra of Captain Super Compassionate.
Super Compassionate unfolds in cycles, beginning on the hour, every hour. Each cycle is improvised anew, lasts 45 minutes, and is followed by a 15 minute break. Audiences arrive during the breaks, and can stay for one cycle or many.
A four-cycle version was presented in 2025 as an experiment toward a longer eight-cycle iteration.
